Level 1 Cadillac Reformer
This course combines 35 hours of interactive online learning with 25 hours of in-house practical training. The online component includes videos, slides, presentations, and quizzes, while the practical sessions focus on mastering all Pilates repertoires through hands-on practice and detailed technique corrections.

At week 11, 5 hours of in-house revision and support are included, giving students ample opportunity to ask questions and clarify any concepts covered during the course.
