Janice brings a strong clinical and athletic background to Physiopilates Education. With a history of competitive national-level swimming in Australia, she naturally developed a deep interest in sports performance and rehabilitation. She graduated with a degree in Physiotherapy in University of Sydney in 2010 and further advanced her expertise by completing postgraduate studies in Sports Physiotherapy.

Early in her physiotherapy career, Janice completed her full Pilates certification and went on to join the presenter team at the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute. Today, she actively treats over 50 real clients each week through physiotherapy and clinical Pilates, giving her constant hands-on experience and real-world insight. Passionate about teaching and mentoring, Janice is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and guiding students toward becoming confident, successful clinical Pilates instructors.

She currently runs a successful and well-loved Pilates studio in Castle Hill, welcoming over 200 clients each week. With extensive real-world experience, she is passionate about sharing practical insights and guiding students on how to become confident, successful Pilates instructors.
