Musculoskeletal Pilates: Case- Based Assessment, Modification and Programming

Based on over 10,000 real client cases, including common low back pain, hip pain, SIJ dysfunctions, frozen shoulder, rotator cuff injuries, knee pain, and foot and arch conditions, this course covers the musculoskeletal cases most frequently seen in daily practice - from everyday presentations to post operative rehabilitation stages.

The course integrates physiotherapy based assessment with effective Pilates Cadillac reformer application, bridging clinical reasoning with practical, real-world teaching.
